    That was for the EC mapping PT sessions, where EC members and groupies tested maps submitted to them. Some of the PTing sessions were public, but most were private. I remember one such public game of hydrosity quite fondly. Ah, to see seven onii rush a base at the same time - such sweet bliss.

    Still pretty shocked at the responses...

    I have come to an agreement with EC and it looks like the server is a greenlight. I'll makesure to post the IP once its live and active, for now im host-shopping and seeing which one has the best bandwidth, even for europeans since many were regulars to the server.

    Wow that would be awesome! I got started playing in 1.04 and I don't remember NG, but I'd love to play with you guys.

    I know you Iggy from the Boondock video (Parce and Iggy aer here just supporting the cause), heh.


    Speaking of which, does ANYONE KNOW where the EC guys play anymore? After watching the video, I'd love to play with them.

    Most of us don't. The guys in the Boondock Marines video was EGC, and after their disbandment, several went to CB, and the others have just drifted around.

    I still talk to a lot of the former egc members as they have gone to other clans such as CB and HAM so they are'nt completely gone from NS... at least I hope not recently <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Nano was used as a stage for the video too, the opening scenes I think along with a few other shots. Was pretty flattering to be mentioned in the song, plus the video cameout remarkably well too.

    As for the status of the server right now, I am waiting on 3.0's official release (unless Flay sneaks me a copy before it hits so I can be ready... *wink wink to Flay*) because running a WON server at this point is'nt really going to be worth it as I will be *cries* FORCED to switch to steam in the end... *cries harder*

    My only experience with the server was a negative one. I joined and got kicked for no other reason than they forgot to add a server password. (not a scrim/match)
