please take note that my model is completely unique. pulled right out of my head (or a5$, whatever) and i know the model is rather square, but i'm going for the big powerful revolver feel, not the little pea shooter of a pistol. i'm not much of a modeler, but skinning is where i truly shine. if there's a square part and i want it to look round, i'll make it look round. it's what you have to do when you're working with low poly quake2 player models.
but just so you know, that pic of a revolver wasn't a reference for my revolver. lol, they're not alike in the least.

Revolver looks like it has a potential so far, don't know how the animation is going to come up, but good luck anyways. Perhaps an animation of a guy putting in a shell after each shot? but that animation will have to be FAST. It's the marine's Dirty Harry dream come true xD
nah. the animation that's gonna be the hardest is the reload, but i have an idea for that already anyways. i just need to figure out where i could find some sounds to go with it
i want to have him pop the front down, turn it up to dump the shells, then use a quickloader to slam 10 back into it. pop the front back into place and away you go <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

if you want to see how to do a stylish/good/workable revolver reload, look at <a href='http://actionut2k3.ngz-network.de/hof/weapons.php?weapon=49' target='_blank'>this Trigun model</a> for AHL. it is probably the sweetest revolver model EVER.
