A tip when scanning shaded pictures: Use Photoshop 'Levels...' or 'Curves...' to make the dark look like dark and light look like light. Photoshop is good also when saving .jpg pictures. It doesn't fsck up the pics that much.
And good that RPG_Jmmssfsldudusk whatever (Hard name, bad name memory = pig latin) got drawn already. I didn't like the comic style though so I did mine much more realistic. The tutorial helped me a lot with drawing good legs.
Cause I wanted to draw it realistic I couldn't let the raptor swing his tail through the whole pic and therefor it didn't fit on the paper ^^
