Anyone find it odd that the first post simply asked if NS was a good game, and it became a discussion about how one is better than the other? I think you're just going to have to expect some people to attack Savage with this kind of controversy in the air. They just don't know that they're doing more harm than good. NSPlayers don't all visit this forum. You can post all you want, but it's not likely to do any good. This is the kind of rivalry that you will just to have to suffer.

You first have to pay for Half-Life, and then you have to download the big package. But I doubt even if a thousand Bubble Bobble fanboys would come here to tell us reasons why BB is better, I woudln't switch over.

This just reminds me of Science and Industry where everyone has to agree on a weapon/upgrade and vote for it inorder to start its research. I personally have played both, but just as I play dod over bf1942, I like NS better because its not so open (that and I am disgusted at bf1942 weapon models)

Both NS and Savage are great games in their own way. Neither was the first of its kind, nor for that matter will be the last. I play both, and enjoy both.

So very, very true. There's not a whole lot to commanding yet in Savage. As players get better and possibly more organized, it might become something of a challenge, but right now its just get the upgrades as fast as possible, and hope your team can stop beating on the Monkits and Chiperels long enough to attack the enemy.
