Nice new set. Only problem I find is too many light and monitor textures. Glad to see a few new ceilings, not enough wall sets to be honest. Both gray and boring, doors look to similar to the older ns.wad.
Good effort, overall I feel the lesser wall sets let it done. Now, whos looking forward to ns3.wad? I am.

I didnt think that the ns2.wad would come out until 2.1 was released, thanks for releasing it so early, and to Cory, Merkaba (and KFS <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> ) for spending their time on creating a whole new texture package.

    oh em gee

well i guess i had the unfinished wad the one that came with our beta of ns2.1 didnt include these awesome ladders and cliff tex sets, but once again, awesome stuff cory. nothing but excellent work here. This wad singlehandedly inspired me to map.

Are there .psd images for the new styles of infestation? Some of the infestation would work in a "goo pile", but the parts of the wall that show through would kind of ruin the effect, so I would like to make a pure version of them.

May I add that your maps only need to be submitted in a playtestable manner. That means everything must be textured, and the brushes must be complete and the map needs to be playable. However, you can continue to update the map during the playtesting process - which is why there is playtesting. Therefore, if your texturework isn't perfect, still submit your map. Play mechanics are more important then using every texture in this new WAD.

Why is not in oficial NS wads included 128x128 versions of all 256x256 textures. The are taking too much memory. Or is good way to use -texdata # for CSG ?

Seeing as no-one else is mirroring this, it's hard to download for us 56kers.
So as soon as i've finished downloading it, i'm uploading it to my website and posting a link here <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
