Question involving levels
As an alien when you want to evolve a special skill (like adrenaline) it says (Increase 33% energy rate per level), after I use this evolve its grayed out, is there anyway to use it again to make it become more powerful (increase the level)?

Don't go gorge unless you know what you are doing.
Just be sure to follow some simple guidelines.
1. If you want to build an upgrade chamber, make sure to get one that the team agrees on, othewise they'll be (rightfully) **** off.
2. Remember to heal your fellow aliens, healspray is also a great close combat weapon so consider supporting.
3. Do something for the team and put up Ressource towers whenever possible.
No, now you can gorge to your heart's content and don't need to worry about asking. The more gorges, the faster your side grows (even newbie gorges). It's the responsibility of the experienced gorges to make sure that the appropriate chamber is dropped first, and that's the only source of problems.
And of course, you can build more those already selected chambers.

Er... what if a newbie gorge decides to build 50 sensory chambers under the hive?
1) He would have problems after building 8 of them.
2) What if he does? Are you still under the false impression that gorges recieve more Res than other aliens? Or are you under the mistaken idea that all the res the aliens have is shared among the team? Just to restate what most of us already know by heart, THE RES ANY PARTICULAR ALIEN PLAYER HAS IS HIS TO DO WITH THAT WHICH HE WISHES.
Let's use a similar example. Lets say the aliens control the map, and a particular alien player who has been playing NS for a long time and is tired of actually TRYING to win the game decides, "You know what, I'm tired of trying to win the game. This is so boring. I KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO DO. I AM GOING TO BUILD DC TOWERS UNTIL THEY REACH THE ROOF OR OTHER VERY HIGH LOCATIONS IN THE HIVE ROOMS AND OTHER ROOMS WHERE THERE IS NOTHING PARTICULARLY GOING ON."
Since the places he is building are far from the action, it's not like he is making it impossible for other gorges to put down DCs. Since he is recieving as much res at the same rate as everyone else on the team, it's not like he is making things harder for any particular alien who wants to evolve up. He isn't STEALING res, he isn't being counterproductive, he's just being a happy little gorge who likes stacking DCs, then MCs, then OCs, then SCs until he reaches the roof of, say, REFINERY. Then takes a screen shot. The aliens have won the game already in my example, so it's no harm.
There are very few ways you can hurt the team by going gorge. Maybe your team needs more skulks than gorges right now. Maybe the game is at the point where every alien on the team needs to be pushing the marines to win, and said gorge is off being useless. Maybe the gorge is maliciously blocking up elevators the rest of the team needs to use to get places, maybe the gorge is blocking the tops of ladders with chambers in order to make it impossible for Onii to go anywhere. However, A) gorges are still capable of helping out offensively, and B), you have to actually know what you're doing most of the time in order to cripple your team by blocking the vents, doors, ladders, and elevators with chambers. You can trap Onos in Powersilo in ns_nothing just by building a small tower of chambers under the quad lift, and building a single chamber overhanging the top of the ladder in the other direction. However, to do this, you actually have to know that you can block ladders by putting chambers at the top of them so that they form a roof on the top, and you have to know how to build chamber towers. You also have to be in a situation where people cannot build Movement Chambers, or if they do, that the only hive is Powersilo.
Since I'm rambling uselessly, I should point out that this is yet another example of why fades, lerks, and skulks are S00P3R10RXXZ0R to onos. It's also an example of why alien structures need SOME way to be recycled, or at least need slightly stricter building proceedures.
By going gorge and being silly...
1) You may drop a chamber which leaves the team at a tactical disadvatage/goes against players' wishes
2) You may prevent movement of aliens (and marines,) down a corridor with your WoL you mentioned
3) YOU PREVENT A PROPER PLAYER JOINING THE TEAM!
(3 is the mot important, and only applies when the team amounts already differ by 1. (1 more alien). That way, anyone joining the game must go marines instead. If that person is a great player, then that n00b gorge has, indirectly you may argue, REALLY hurt the team)
