I'm pretty sure that half of her original post was dedicated to the new music she'd discovered, so what's wrong with giving a little insight into some similar bands that she may be interested in?

Well first off, i have a girlfriend of 2 years and i'm extremely happy.
Secondly i'm extremely passionate about my music and if someone's new to the music i like i'm never the last to offer recommendations or advice.
Third, I'm not a teenager, rabid nor horny.
EDIT: Tsk, so many people are so quick to make assumptions and throw accusations just because a) i'm male and b) the person i'm speaking to is female. Every good friend i've ever had has been female, my female friends outnumber male ones about 4 to 1.

It was a tribute to the great deadlocke666 who is forever a classic who reached the height of "her" entertainment value with <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=10&t=3267&hl=' target='_blank'>this post</a> and a few IRCers wondered if we could try to recreate deadlocke666 to see how everyone would respond to someone like that now w/ all the new poeple in the community. Good times.
