<div class="IPBDescription">Pre-release thanks for all your hardwork</div> I just wanted to post a quick message before these forums get inundated with "OMG NS2.0 OWNZ EVERYTHING" posts.

For all of us who have sat gripped to our seats, sucking up every piece of info we can get on the next installment in our FAVOURITE mod, it's been a time of great anticipation. For everyone who's been developing the game however, I am sure it has been months and months and months of back breaking, eye straining, caffeine powered hard work, and for that, you deserve all our respect.

I really hope everyone has atleast some idea about how hard Flayra and the gang have been working over the past so many months to bring us a totally re-worked version of the greatest game on the planet. Obviously none of us really know unless we've been intimately involved with the behind the scenes action, but from the size of the changelog I can tell you with 100% confidence that they have all been busting they're balls for us for far, far too long.

Let us take a minute and reflect on the greatness of the people involved that they are so willing to dedicate they're valuable time to give us absoloutely endless hours of fun... they have certainly been working far too hard for far too long, and I hope you find the means to relax and take the time you so deserve after so many hours of endless toil once NS2.0 is release, whatever it is you'd choose to do to reward yourselves after everything you've put in.

Flayra & Co... I am sure I am not alone in expressing my heartfelt thanks for everything you've done, and I only hope more messages like this surface to show you how many people value and admire what you've done for the gaming community, and the tireless expenditure of passion and skill you have shown.

All my thanks and good wishes go out to you. You guys really are the greatest...

I hope many more get created... I hope the whole first page of threads in GD are thankyou threads.

I actually saw that after I posted this... and to my dismay there's people still crapping on about the things they don't like or how they're reserving their thanks till they've played the 2.0.

I gotta admire someone with this sort of dedication- or in this case, a team of someones. It's gonna be ages til I can play the new improved NS on a LAN with some mates, so I want to say thank you in advance just for the effort, sincerity, and dedication, and for the pursuit of the perfect NS through all the crap. It's going to pay off. All the PT's and Vets too- thanks.

Thanks for all your great work NS Team, playtesters and everyone else. This has become my obsession. Every other game I own collects dust and I'm sure once I get 2.0 they'll all enjoy a great bonfire!

The <b>BEST</b> way to thank Flayra and his team in the long run would be to become a Constellation member. By doing that you create a motivation which words can not beat.

and i of courst will thank the ns team in advanced i thank them for ns 1.x and after reading all the changes i know that 2.x can only be better. but 1 thing i don't get is why you tried to support software in 1.x? well now that you arent maybe i can do better with the skulk (with the larger range of vision.)
