Nsradio W/ Winamp

<div class="IPBDescription">Buffer..buffer...buffer....</div> Hey, since no one answers me on the nsRadio forums and this is Off-Topic, I guess I'll post here. Anyways, i'm 56k, and whenever I try to listen to nsRadio it just buffers every 5 seconds...I hate it. Although I want to listen to there music, I want to listen to the interview with Flayra , but there is no way in hell I will if it keeps buffering every 5 seconds. I talked to another 56ker, and he said it works fine for him, so there has to be some explanation for this crap...Please help?
(BTW i use Winamp 2.0)

Isn't it a bit obvious, if you are on a 56k modem and we broadcast in 96kbps. So if your
estimated stream you can handle is 36kbps, what do you expect :\

Secondly, we are going to have a 32k relay for the interviews, and the whole NSR2.0 hype that is going on during the release day.
If there is another 56k modemer who said it was working fine, it could have been the time of our 55k stream with icecast2, or that he was on a relay by |ds|Guspaz, a friendly guy who is setting up temporary 32k streams just for genorisity.

A 32k relay would be good one if you have a 56k modem since your dl is on the border of 36k but Im not promising anything <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'>

So....is this 32k line going to be for the interview only, or just nsRadio in general?

Depends of the situation. I know there are lots 56k modem people outta there but if only, say 2 or 3 continue to follow NSR, I don't know if it will be seen as necessary. But there _will_ be one open for the interview of Flayra and Monse. No certain future of the continuity of the relay, but hopefully something will get arranged <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

Well, I have my own problems with it.

I have tried 4 different links to your broadcast. I am on DSL. For some reason, each and every time, it doesn't exhist. I've used 4-6 different players to play it. NOTHING. Wha's wrong wit j00 people? No solutions? AND btw, that patch for winamp you have on the nsradio forums...corrupts winamp 3. BADLY.
