Rifle based on the "space: above and beyond" M590.

I originally wanted to create the rifle itself....

Then I thought "where's the magazine?".
Then I thought "Wow, this is getting to be alot of polys and I still have a ways to go".
Then I thought "mmm... pie".
Then I thought "Gee, I think I'll give it a magazine. And while I'm totally destroying this poor guys design, I'll give it a holosight cuz I had no good pics of the sights except for side views."

It'll take an impressive skinner to make this look sexeh... if I added all the details it would be like 3,000 polys. Hmm *scratches chin*

Here's the reference piccy. I kinda drew some guidlines on it so ignore those. (I missed a few on the side which caught up with me later. Not really happy with the results, but practice is practice whether it comes out good or not

    Use a masked transparency on those holes, put some kind of underlay beneath it. Doesn't need to be pretty, doesn't need a lot of detail, just maybe a darkened metal grate texture on that, position it behind those holes.

    Poly count increase = 2 (4 for both sides of the gun)

    btw... this weapon is based on the short sig 551 assault rifle...
