there is a scripting exploit that will allow inf nrg, it is tied in with leap and bite if I say any more I will be giving it away (leap bite is simply the naem of the sploit)
as for leaping with 80+ fps? yah it is unfair b/c you are hitting ungodly more times then the rest of us (something that was not supossed to be part of the game, thus an exploit)
Seeing how as banning this exploit would beunfair (it would remove one of someones legitimate weps as well as removing the sploit) people are just going to have to live with the people who have decided to tweak their rigs untill 1.1
in 1.1 you will nolonger be doing 340 dmg a sec with leap (4*fps = dmg/sec with leap, not this is aproximate if I am off tell me, and remember you probably are not 'rouching' the marine for 1 full sec any way thus why it takes 2 leaps) so I would sugest getting some other skills or you are going to be sorly disapointed

I'll agree leap killing is easy without any tweaks, BUT thats because i have 100fps... I know lots of players who leap kill constantly, It is one of the most powerful attacks in the game. Being this, BRAGGING about the said attack gets you no merit, its like saying i can go onos and use its melee attack to wade thro a whole team. Go get 30+ parasite kills in a single game and come back and brag about it, until you do that (which would be increadibly sad to even try) stop your bragging.

<b>1.0 GHz Processor, 256MB DDR, GF4TI4200 64MB at 1024x768x32</b>... specs far lower than other people have mentioned and I don't believe I have <i>ever</i> significantly lost framerate below 100fps, most definately never below 95fps unless I use all the High-Poly Player and World models (pee and wee), then I get something like, 70-80fps when looking at like, 6 outfitted marines in the middle of a huge Marine base... I see stuff like this all the time and don't understand it.

your CPU dosn't effect FPS that heavily, ram and vid card do, seeing how as you have top of the line on both, that would explain the constant 100 fps. blech

Nightcrawler is always bragging about leap on these forums.
I use leap quite a bit personally, and tend to get quite a few kills, which I'm happy to put down to 3 factors:
1) very low ping (3 foot of 100MBit cable to the server) 2) High fps (unless I'm in a turret farm or phase-gate containing area) 3) Knowledge of how to use leap.
I'm not uber, I'm not l337, and what's more I don't brag about how I get "30+ kills with leap every game"
It's attitudes like that which make people instantly hate the poster. just FYI.

I have a terrible laptop so terrible that they made the model like twice and buried it because it was that bad

My framerate is about 10 per second (serious) so leap is out of the question for me
