There should be two options with a re-opening the discussion forum

A.) Blacklist idiots from accessing them
B.) Whitelist everyone and hand out access to those he deems worthy of holding a proper discussion.

Maybe it's better to keep the discussions forum down and just stick to these lighter-side discussions here in ot. Reports just comming in. It seemed hard to believe at first, but it has been confirmed these two monsters have actually been making their way across the country and heading straight for each other.
