I've seen the previews for the movie with Night Crawler Teleporting. I don't like it, it's a cool effect but Night Crawler would "Explode" not "Fade away" when he teleported. Also, with the length of his claws, Wolverine wouldn't be able to bend his wrists with his claws retracted they'd slice through his skin if he tried. ~_^

If you watch the movie, he does explode. You may have just got the wrong impression from the quater of a second footage with no sfx in the trailer. It looks MUCH cooler in the movie.
Also Wolverine's claws are almost the length of his forearm, so there is plenty of space for the claws to retract into. Check the x-ray on the wall in the first movie.

ahhh anyhoo, i thought the movie was good. usually sequals suck **** so bad but i thought this movie was no better or worse then the first. (if you can grasp that...) recommended for pure entertainment.

Well I just saw X-Men 2 tonight, and I loved it! I mean I liked the first, but this one is way better in my opinion.
Perhaps the thing that suprised me the most was that they actually let Wolverine stab people this time! In the first movie he only got Sabertooth, who was so big he wasn't really even hurt, and Mystique, who you saw was okay after all and made a quick recovery...
Besides that, Nightcrawler kicked a lot of ****, too bad it was only in the very beginning of the movie. Still, he's awesome!
Also Magneto got to strut his m4d sk1llz a lot too. Very awesome...
Also, I completely missed anything about Beast or Gambit...

Looks like we get to see Phoenix in X3! w00t! Who was the kid on the couch, the one who didn't sleep yet just changed the tv channel by blinking? . . . . . . . . . . . . . *End Spoilers*
I was just looking up pics of wolverine, mainly get pics of the blades in his hands. and I was thinking that rogue was meant to pair with wolverine, not ice man. funny enough i found some xmen movie pics and amazingly it seems that wolverine and rogue will pair up in the future xmen 3 movie..
yes there IS an xmen 3, it wont be released till 2006 apparently
yea, i didn't remember seeing gambit in the movie, neither beast, i thought it was cool that colossus (sp?) was in there, maybe we'll see more of him in the next movie. him and foenix , i dont think its with a ph.

I wonder if in X3 there'll be Sentinels, like the TV show/comix had. (i think, i dont have any XMEN comix, unfortunetly )
FYI Sentinels were big machines that were basically mutant hunters. i mean, these things had machine-like tenticles that would wrap around the mutant, retract, and then close its grip on you, too. also they had some energy weapon in their hands, as well. They could also fly. (go figure. "Hunter-Killer"s do anything and everything)
Built strong to last long, too. they were all connected by something like the internet to the "Big momma" that was basically the production line that was a even bigger sentinel; and a normal one was (by my estimate and memory from the show) 3 floors high! Every known mutant would be on database, and each sentinel would (i guess again) call up the info on the mutant's abilities, weaknesses, etc. and basically say to all they others and the 'big momma' "i see one. need backup..." etc so there'd be 4-10 of them on one mutant...
but if that mutant was a XMEN... SOL Sentinels. No lies; there was a TV show, and there were sentinels. /me hopes for sentinel-busting action X3.
As there are not even contracts signed on X3, I'd wager a release in 2006, and even more any ideas about plot twists guesses.
