nice..Id have taken it if it wasnt for Carbon14's most excellent hud. This is definitely a 2nd pick!

one problem: the font is a <i>bit</i> too bold imo.. we can see only 4 letters from the comm D:

oh yes, that and the armor icon is a couple of wrenches on a triangle.

I agree. The text is too fat. Can you please change it a bit samaller?

if you dont like the EARTH font just edit the textscheme file, it's not hard, just remove the only part that has the earth font and put Arial.

WTH??
Why does my HUD look like this? I followed your instructions from that readme file, but i can't get it to work.
And if there is any lightning behind that HUD, i can't see those res/com texts at all <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'>

I already had a bit different HUD, is that the reason why it is messed up?

Can someone send me that original HUD? (Because i didn' take any back up files <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'> )

ok I got a quick question, it's not that hard but it's important, I was making some sprays last night and I couldn't find the color code that makes the BG of images transparent. does anyone know it?

Put all values on blue, 0 on red and green, it will be pure blue in the editor but transparent in the game <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

The problem is that the background is too bright and transparent against the white font. When I'm moving or even just standing around, I can't even read it! Not even with the blue text!

Could you fix that blue background in the bars so that the white text shows up better? It looks great in pictures (for some odd reason) but I can abrley read it in-game. Anybody else have this problem? It's almost like white-on-white. It's what you get when you use to bright colours on bright colours, it seems to fade into the background.

I'd show you a screenie, but they look alright in screenies, and not in-game. I don't know how I can explain this any further, I'd just like to know if there is anything I can do about this, or if anyone else is having this problem. I love this hud, and it would be a shame to lose it to some bloody "un-reading font". I love this hud so much! <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>
Maybe you could fix it some-how?

I don't know man, mine shows up perfect, and everything is clean and sweet, I think it might be your graphic card, since I am running a 9700 everything is perfect :-)

I'm running HL on MAX settings, 1154x864 or whatever. (One step above 1024x480 or whatever..)

And I have a Geforve 4 Ti4200 MAX on all settings, and overclocked A LOT! (Plus I even maxed out some other settins, but I doubt they matter with fons)

Can anyone please help me get this awesome hud to work?

My White text almost seems to be transparent. The one you have looks bold and dark-white and it stiks out. Mine is either too skinny, or transparent, or blends into the light blue background you have within your bar-thingys. How do I go about to fix this?

those all point to probs with your brightness/gamma, gamma 2.4 + brightness 1 works fine for me, i run @ 1024x768 on a gf2 mx400.. so yeh <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

yeah I don't like the alien/predator one, I only like the GUI menu when you use the +popupmenu. I think that is awesome, but everything else, ack I don't like that much hehe, alot of glitches :|
