It looks pretty good in dark areas, but if there is any lighting behind it, i can't see what reads in there <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

Can anyone send me that original HUD, please ??

I don't know why, but mine isn't like that at all, maybe resident should make a top part of the HUD that is totally SOLID. Make it res, for all of us!

i can't see to find anything that controls the transparency for the mainhud.spr sprite, i'll try emailing the NS guys and see what they can tell me it might be coded in and uneditable or there might be a switch to make it opaque.

You need to put the Earth.ttf in "Windows/Fonts" folder.

Like i said before, i followed his instructions from that readme file.

nah sorry guys i talked to the NS guys and they said u can't have 0 transparency for the mainhud.spr sprite. so you'll have to adjust your brightness/gamma and get it right.

as for the font try reinstalling it in windows as some times it doesn't take first go.
