this is a free service you are bitching about, just give them time they always fix what ever goes wrong rather quickly
comparing this to bnet is just silly, what you should compare this to, is oh say, A COMPUTER, or a NETWORK. It screwes up every so often, computers are not exactly the most stable of things on this planet, they screw up. And WON has one of the best records for FREE services with FREE tech support.
hmm, now I am wondering, how is WON supported? it isn't like Bnet where it is simply the fact that the company is so freaking huge they can simply set up the servers. Any one know?

and as for buying the game, no, $20 did not cover a life time subscription to a very nice connection program. They could very simply kill the won servers and ignore all complaints (seeing how as they odn't have to provide em)
basicaly, it is a rather good service that you are getting for free, so don't complain that much
if you realy can't stand 2-3 days with out NS, you got problems ;D
