Unity crashes

subnautica unity 2019.2.17f1_441 crashing, as u can see, both games have same problem, and I'm not a pirate, but it's working when I just download it from the net idk, rutor, etc. How can it be? I don't want to be a pirate, I wanna play the official game, pls help.

Try posting a crash log, directions are in the pinned support thread. It may be that there was an update that made it not run for you.

I also have problems with UnityPlayer.dll, my game suddenly crashes because of that after a while of playing - like 15-20 minutes.
I can't post my dxdiag link yet, because I created my user today, but here is my debug.log info:

[0221/003306.227:ERROR:settings.cc(325)] Settings version is not 1
[0505/153746.716:ERROR:settings.cc(325)] Settings version is not 1
[0505/221839.076:ERROR:settings.cc(325)] Settings version is not 1

I will post them here tomorrow, hopefully that will help to solve the problem.
btw, I made sure my drivers are up to date.

I also have this problem. I think it has something to do with how my hardware interacts with the unity engine because I also get a similar error code from playing Risk of Rain 2 and the error only occurred after I did a bios update. I would revert my bios to test this theory but the update fixed a lot of problems on my computer. Any help would be great

I'm having this same crash, and the same "Settings version is not 1" thing. Has anyone found the solution?

Game freezes crashes in both steam and epic immediately after I try saving. Worked for the first 3 hours of play. A unity dialog box flashes briefly after it crashes in Epic, though it doesn't have an error code. Please help! I'm having lots of fun and want to play more

Well on my rig the game makes my "game drive" stop responding, not when starting the game but when loading the main game.

This is the only game making this and I have several games on that drive (nvme), I have check the drive (they are 2 in raid) and the WD tools report drive OK with 97% life

some times the game fishing loading but soon after makes the drive stop responding and freeze, have to take the game down

have heavier games on that drive (ie ARK) and they work great, already flush the files (delete the folder) and force steam to reset the game with no results, the same will keep happening no matter how many times I check files or delete them
