I caught a bag - the alien base on the island has disappeared (not loaded), the island with the bases of people, too, is only partially loaded, if you use portals, the water disappears. I have already played for 60 hours and I have quite a bit left before the final, so I really do not want to start everything from the beginning. Help, please!

Try clearing your cache if you're on PC (move the folders instead of deleting them if you want to be certain... also delete or move the batch*.txt files as apparently they do affect the game some)

Thank you very much for the advice. I deleted all batch*.txt files and all files from "cellscashe". Alien base again appeared. But along with it there were other problems. For example, some textures have become of very poor quality, the algae have sprouted through my base and it seems that they are not cut down, I did not manage to sit in my seamoth, I found a tablet along the way, picked it up and the recording did not appear in my tablet. Perhaps there are other problems (for now there was no time to play and test

for a long time).

Clearing cache resets some things like PDAs but since you already got the PDA, when you pick it up it just disappears because it's already loaded into your DataBank.

You could try lowering, the settings, restarting, then raising the settings. Or delete your options file (should be in your Subnautica \SavedGames\ folder).
