Is Subnautica really still Early Access?

I just read their additional notes on their steam page and it says Subnautica is still early access. Is this really true? I was under the assumption that after the game went 1.0.0v it was full release.

It isnt early access. Thats says Below zero is early access. The sequel to Subnautica

"Subnautica is an Early Access game, and minimum specifications may change during development"

guess they forgot to change that it happens.
