Subnautica freezing

So, I've been highly obsessed with this game. It's my favorite game right now. I love exploring, water, and alien creatures. I love just about everything this game has. What I don't like is the fact that every time I play Subnautica, it freezes within 20 minutes. It doesn't happen when I play it on my grandmother's laptop, just on my home computer. It's very odd.

    What are your graphics settings? You have a 2GB card, I think that means you can only do medium settings IIRC. Not sure if that's the issue though.

    @Clocksicko Seems to be a common problem for many players, navigate to your main Subnautica folder, back up "SNAppData", find your save in \SNAppData\SavedGames ("slot0000" would be the first save) and then delete "CellsCache" and "CompiledOctreesCache".
    OR, if this isn't the only game with this problem, download GPU-Z, monitor hardware while playing and post a screenshot here.
