P.R.A.W.N Suit
Enhanced jump jet and the grappling arm makes getting from my base (down the cliff from the vent at the underwater islands and mushroom forest) to the island extremely fast and fun. And getting from the island back. Plus, much more survivable than the seamoth. So yeah. And I periodically go down to the LR for nickel and titanium. And sulfur.
It is my opinion that the best place to build a base is the northern end of the Sparse Reef.

Cyclops
It's the most interesting to pilot as it requires some planning, instead of just driving around. Also it can be a source of frustration when you screw up, which I find fun/more interesting having to keep an eye on various things to not blow it up The others are fun too, don't get me wrong. But they're a bit more shallow in what you need to do to properly get those two moving. Although I do love me some Seamoth racing as well

Seamoth
Same reasons as Lav. Just next time I'd really love them to make a Seamoth with roll-control. Drive it like the Millenium Falcon and evade Reapers by slipping vertically through cracks, puilling barrel rolls etc.
I've got my objections to the World, certainly. But I'll be very sorry to see it ruined.

Seamoth
The prawn suit feels as if you have unlimited power but the seamoth is the best to drive because it’s small, doesn’t go straight down, and the fastest vehicle in the game. I couldn’t ask for much more than that.

@Recursion that there’s a valid point, but you’re forgetting about the sonic glitch. I’m not gonna mention it here, because the devs might fix it. Needless to say it makes the PRAWN suit walk very quickly.
PRAWN it up with grappling arms and you can outrun a Seamoth
What if you rotated the seamoth 45 degrees towards the ground and then used W and Space? That's scientifically proven to boost seamoth speed.
Seems to also work with a combination of 45 degrees left or right while pressing the W+A or W+D keys. Maybe using this plus your proposal we might transform into KITT's super pursuit mode!

Seamoth
Seamoth, all the way. Fast, manoeuvrable, responsive. The only complaints I have about it are the limited storage, and that it's a bit fragile, even with the hull reinforcement mod attached.

P.R.A.W.N Suit
Prawn Suit because I have the most practice with it. I'm really good at using the grappling hook to get around the world extremely easily and quickly. Besides, Prawn Suit operates may feel "unlimited power".
Comments
The PRAWN is the most exciting.
The cyclops requires planning to pilot... a bit of thought and skill.
Honestly, I wish there was a difficulty setting that made them all harder to pilot (more collision damage? More inertia? Currents?)

Prawn suit is kinda fun, but it's limited and dependent on a Cyclops to do real exploration.
And Cyclops is simply too big and cumbersome. I don't even see operating Cyclops as "piloting", it feels more like "redeployment".
Wasn't an option...

Yeah, I'm a bit messed up.

And some updates will help against bigger threats.
