Game wont load properly. V 1.0 (Latest release as of Feb. 13)

I accidentally ran run_smoke_test.bat in Subnautica/SNunmanagedData/testing
Now the game forces me into a game in the life pod. I can't move, press tab, nor press esc. How can I fix this. I tried reinstalling the game, deleting all files and reinstalling them, and verifying the integrity on the game files. Thank you.

    Here's the contents of that file:
    cd ../..
SET SN_SMOKE_TOURFILE=SNUnmanagedData/phototours/ssperf.tour
SET SN_SMOKE_OUTDIR=../SMOKEOUT
SET SN_SMOKE_TIMESCALE=1
Subnautica.exe
copy Subnautica_Data\output_log.txt ..\SMOKEOUT

    Since the SET command is not persistent, logging out and then back in to Windows should fix this (if not, do a full restart).
