I'm still on Experimental. This morning, Subnautica updated from Jan-2018 59782 to 59783.

Without me switching, I was wondering what version is the stable release?

    And I just checked STEAM nothing is qued at the moment.

    Sorry if this was mentioned elsewhere, but I can't seem to find the answer: Will we have to install a "release" version of the client, or will our "beta" versions be updated?

    No official answer on that one I think. Someone said we'll be updated to release, but I don't think any dev has officially commented.
