Some achievements appear broken(the seamoth and prawn ones)

This sort of thing doesn't bother me much but might bother achievement junkies. When i was looking through my list there were two achievements that I know i should have but don't. They are the personal propulsion(i assume for building a sea-moth) and Ordered the PRAWN which again, assuming for building the PRAWN suit. The only two achievements i should be missing at this point are the two that everyone should be missing as the means of getting those achievements is blacklisted until the 23rd-24th when the launch happens which is the leave the planet and time capsule achievements.
