Pc user from laptop, game starts ok, i move around the base for few seconds, no matter what i do the game crashes and quits.
all drivers are up to date. any suggestions?

Have you followed the subnautica troubleshooting guide from steam forums? For convenience, you can justclick here. The Direct3d section had the fix for my crash, by forcing to run in d3d9 mode.
If this is your problem, keep in mind that the developers are considering removing d3d9 support. (listed as post-release possibility)

Your cache is generated as you play, if there's a problem, it is probably in the area you're in, so even if the problem was with the starting area and you only had 3 cache files total, if the problem was with one of those, clearing it and allowing the game to generate fresh copies would solve the problem. Not saying that's the problem, but it is possible. You can always try moving the cache files instead of deleting them, and moving them back (overwriting the fresh copies) if that's not the problem.
