An idea for the cyclops power generation

Now that the Cyclops has it's own fabricator, you should make an energy category there. In the energy category, you would find several smaller versions of the reactors:
Submarine bioreactor
Submarine nuclear (fission) reactor
Submarine thermal reactor
Submarine (nuclear) fusion reactor? (I suggested adding a full-sized fusion reactor once, and I haven't lost all hope yet)

The reactors would be smaller, less powerful and less efficient versions of the full-sized reactors. They would also have a smaller fuel capacity (say, 1-2 rods (nuke) and 2 slots (bio)) for those reactors that need fuel. Instead of the reactors being just upgrade modules, the ship would have a slot in the engine room (or the middle room?) for one - and only one - reactor. These could be useful for charging the Cyclops (if you're planning to make the power cell charger obey conservation of energy instead of having insane efficiency*).

Additionally to this, you could add wireless charging from power transmitters to ALL the vehicles; we have the tech already. I can't imagine a reason for this tech to be lost in a hundred years.

*about the efficiency, you literally state that the power efficiency module rises the Cyclop's efficiency to 400% (and I have four of them installed, I think it said I get 900%). According to the law of conservation of energy, this is simply impossible. And it also obviously isn't 400%, since the Power Cells still lose energy. If the efficiency was 100%, they would not lose energy, and anything above that, they would actually charge. With 400% efficiency, every Joule from the Cells would be 4 Joules for the engine. Since the performance stays the same, the excess energy (3J) is either jsut wasted or charged back to the cells. It wouldn't make much sense for an efficiency module to waste energy, now would it?

Solar cells could be added to the top-side of the Cyclops, allowing it to charge passively when at appropriate depths.

A solar charger upgrade similqr to the moth one is already coming

It is? Cool...I wonder how high it's recharge rate will be, since the one in the Seamoth kinda recharges the power cell in it faster then you can drain it by driving at full speed as long as you stay close to the surface. Let us wait and see then how quick a recharge will be.
