I think the February update was released in March, so it was labeled as "March" (the program labels updates by when they were released, not the month the release was scheduled for).
In any event, regardless of Stable or Experimental, as long as you have the game set to update automatically and you have an internet connection you will have the most up-to-date version of Subnautica available to the public.
So, I was downloading Subnautica because I had to wipe my computer, and when I went to change it into experimental mode, when I tried to download it, all it said was I didn't have permission to install these files. So, I figured what the heck and switched it back to the beta mode. Then I tried to download it again. It still said I didn't have permission to download these files. Can anyone help me fix this so I can play Subnautica again?

So why have i the february update ? Steam didn't load the last update... Why ... ( suppose to load automatically.... )
Also try restarting your computer, sometimes files get locked and then not released properly for whatever reason.
