Possible upcoming fauna and biomes

I decided to list some upcoming/possible creatures that could come after V 1.0. These are the creatures and my thoughts of them getting in.
GHOST LEVIATHAN.
I would say this has a good chance of getting in, with the full trello model and the interest with it. They could make a separate AI or just reskin the reaper leviathan.
ROCK PUNCHER.
I'm a little skeptical on this guy but I think he could get in, without terraforming and all. Plus the sparse reef could use a bigger creature, however it would have to be defensive for the safety of the sparse reef.
CORAL REEF GRABBER.
Probably wont get in, but you never know what the devs will do.
BIOMES.
TWISTY BRIDGES.
Practically confirmed, I wonder what will spawn here considering it will replace the DGR ILZ entrance.
LILLYPAD ISLANDS.
I'm not sure about this one, but if it did get in this would be a good place for the coral reef grabber.
ARCTIC.
Nope.
What do you want to get in and why?

The only light source is the one the player takes with him.
Go visit the Abyss at the end of the map, you'll get your wish.
Edit: They're putting it that deep down?
I always thought that it'd be fairly shallow
Noooo, my preconceived notions aren't coming true!!!
Don't really know about the blue and red contrast of the barnacles on lava tho
And also HOVERFISH OMG
Ultimately, I hope every concept art critter that can be added will be, but aside from the ones who've already gone through a model phase, the turtle (for the Sparse Reef) and the grabcrab (as a scavenger companion to the rock puncher) are my mains.
Lilypad Islands and the Arctic biome are a tie for me. I really, really want the Arctic biome, but I agree it is much less realistic to expect than the Lilypad Islands, which my hype is thus better invested on. LI can be dropped just about anywhere and doesn't have to be big, Arctic kinda has to have Grand Reef proportions. It's nice of UWE they've added it to "Maybe after V1.0", but we'll see.
I'm really hoping that one-cell biome might be a thing one day as a "bonus" biome. Something like no requirement to go there but satisfying your own curiosity, possibly rewarded by a precursor research facility for the cell. Only accessible by the Cyclops with a 3rd lv pressure compensator, no lights or the creature will attack, and only the radar to navigate. A biome like that seems to me easier to implement than an Arctic one.
Oh yes. Though I've not thought there should be some light-attracted super big predators (not much to eat at the bottom). Mabe something like this:
Imagine you are leaving Cyclops to explore some cave/ruins and when you return you found it entangled like that
Yeah? What about hoverfish? Care to explain?
Ive asked that myself some other times too. I guess it was about programming being one of the most critical development points for UWE, and the big bird being not as significant to the game experience as pretty much any other fish creature would be; so they scratched it in favor of some other things. Still a shame though, for me personally it would actually add a lot of atmosphere! Just like any other addition to flora and fauna in Subnautica. I guess we can only hope for updates or DLCs after 1.0
Sorry the concept art shows hoverfish. Just thought that was interesting
The Arctic Zone could work if it would be there to expand the deep caves. Maybe some deeper cold structures like LR, but hidden through warp gates and beyond 2000m. And maybe it would be good to add hypothermia to the game then.
I'm not sure if the game needs more surface biomes like Twisted Bridges or Lilpad Islands, because we already have a lot of them and even being diverse. I would rather like more secret biomes in the deep.
Maybe post v1.0 (DLC or whatever) more precursor teleporters could be scattered around the map leading to places that would not normally fit with the tropical theme. I mean, this can't be the only place on the planet with life, right?
Or is it?
You sure are enthuastic about Hoverfish, haha. Theyre my favorite smaller 'fish' too
and they hover
And they are reptilian
Need more?
Yes. Please elaborate on it further
That's all I got lol
Literally everyone on the internet
.........WAIT THATS A PRECONVEIVED NOTION
Honestly, it'd be great! There's so much behavioral potential for a biome that only has to offer one freeform NPC. Would it be fast or slow, or would it depend on the player's actions? Would it let go if the lights are turned off, "freeze" in position, or put up a fight when you try to free the Cyclops? Could you manipulate it with disposable light sources like flares and light sticks? Would also be kinda cool if any precursor facility reverses the near-it-light-up technology with programming that makes something opposite light up to provide a light source at a safe distance from you.
I'm fine waiting (and I may secretly hope for more fliers, especially not-rays), but I'd like to know what the deal is. I understand the big bird is a low enough priority to ditch for the time being if coding proves a problem (skyrays need a behavioral update asap), but, like, the spike trap is still listed on Trello and that one's not even in the trailer.
Would like the temperature system be extended to negative degrees. Don't Starve got a nice gameplay boost from extending freezing to overheating (although RoG Summer is... not quite balanced).
The easiest way would be to simply create wines that "entangle" the cyclops and move cyclops inside when player is not close to the cyclops so he won't notice that it was slightly moved. Some sort of creatures like crash fish might live inside the wines so releasing the cyclops won't be too easy task.
Step 1: Make about 10 different models for the GL, with decreasing transparency. Keep the eyes always 100% opaque.
Step 2: Copy the reaper AI
Step 3/ Patrol mode: Where the reaper would roar, The GL will turn invisible by looping through the different models. Set a delay for about 15 sec, and run through the loop again, but backwards. wait 30 - 40 sec, and repeat this whole step.
Step 4/ Attack mode.: When the GL notices the player, it will pretend not to notice. (like the reaper) It will swim away, and fade out. Now it, like the reaper, will do a 180 degree turn, and charge the player while invisible, and letting out a ghostly howl/roar. When the GL catches the player, It will deal 70 dmg and become visible. If has chased the player for about 20 seconds without success, it will become visible again. If it does not catch the player, it will go into Patrol mode again
