Precursor Gun Glitch

When I went to the gun to continue the story. First the forcefield won't load and when I go inside, turn the corner the game won't load the inside. So I can't progress. The weird thing is that it looks perfect from the outside. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be much appreciated. I would love to continue the story.

I'll try that when I get home, I am at school right now. If u could tell me how to clear my cache that would help. I also don't know how to see the first line of your signature. I'm new to this.

also, is there a way of fixing this that doesnt potentially lose all my stuff, I have been playing for a long time and i dont want it lost
