Quit to Desktop turns off my computer

I thought it was coincidence the first time. Then I thought it was 'strange'. Now I know it's a pattern...

Quitting the game turns my computer off. Not every single time, but 4 out of 5 at least.

To answer a few expected questions... nothing else does this. It is consistent enough that this is definitely the culprit. I can reproduce it, but not EVERY single time, just almost every single time. Again, no other games do this. I play games like Skyrim, Witcher 3, etc., so I do play other fairly intensive games. I play those on high, but can't play this one on high.
