Ways to easily move save files between devices

I want to be able to switch my save files easier. I just tried to and they are not showing up in my game files for my original and new device and it is really frustrating, especially when I upgraded so I could play the game with less lag.

Steam cloud integration should be possible once the save file size has ben cut down (i.e no more terraforming)

That's great, I'm excited they will stop that soon xD (Better burrow to the Lava Castle on my creative world while it is still active)
