Bugs breaking my game in multiple ways

On my first save, on about the 9th day, all voice-overs just stopped being audible, this included emergency oxygen warnings and the like. As weird as it was to me I just thought it was the game taking off the training wheels and making me manage my own oxygen etc until I found out even story messages like the sunbeams calls couldn't be heard.
On the same day, as I went to collect materials to move them from the lifepod to my base, I saw that there wasn't one lifepod, but three now present in the safe shallows. For some reason two more of my lifepod had spawned, but in both new ones all the things inside that you can normally interact with, such as the medkit fabricator, were all unrendered and you could see outside through them (you also couldn't interact with them if that wasn't apparent). One of the two was also filled to the brim with metal salvage, for some reason.
At this point I decided the world was broken and had bugged out, so I decided a world restart was in order. I restarted and everything was working normally until I realised the logs started on day 10, for some reason continuing from my previous save. This wasn't really a game breaking bug but it bothered me so I restarted. This second restart the day counter was back at 1 like it should've been, so that was good. But when I went to interact with the medkit fabricator. It didn't open. You could still hear the sound of it opening and closing, and the prompt for opening or closing the fabricator still appeared, but there was not animation and regardless of whether or not it was open I couldn't collect the medkit. This was a sign that my game was broken to a bad extent. I verified the game cache and it said everything was fine so I reinstalled the game. I am still getting the medkit fabricator bug and this is only as far as I have tested. Other bugs that I haven't found could be present.
Please send help because my game is kind of broken beyond being able to play it.
I am not currently running the most recent early development build, I don't know what that is because now subnautica won't even shut down and is not in the processes list in task manager, not even when I show all processes.

Comments
If Subnautica is actually running, and not showing in your processes list, I'm going to say you might have issues in Windows itself, or maybe drivers... not sure, though. Make sure all drivers (sound, video, Windows Updates, chipset, anything else) are up to date.
Can you get your system specs (see the appropriate line in my sig ▼ down there), and the output of dxdiag? (Run dxdiag, click save all info, and upload that file to Google Drive or something, and post a sharing link).
Regarding my system specs and the dxdiag output, I've left two links below where you can find them out. The computer specs were taken from the summary page of Speccy.

1) running a chkdsk on the drive holding Subnautica, and then
2) verify the local game files through Steam.
3) After that, clear your cache.
4) If you don't have Subnautica on the SSD, I'd move it there as it will perform better (less terrain popping into existence issues).
