Repeated crash report

Repeated crash I don't know how to solve. I'm in batch 13.18.13 in base, move to 13.18.14 causes me to freeze for a sec, then going back to 13.18.13 make me freeze and crash completly. Simply moving from on batch to another,

    Try clearing your cache (all of it, don't leave out base batches) and then spawn a terraformer to clear out your base by doing 
    item 514
    in the console.

    After you're finished with the terraformer, you can get rid of it by taking off all of your gear and everything in your inventory except the terraformer (put your stuff in lockers) and then doing 
    clearinventory
    in the console.

    I managed to keep playing removing the cache files, thanks. I kept the one my base was in and did not need any commands.
