I really want vertical building. And maybe like a glass dome thingy. That would be cool. Like plez

Define vertical building. You can already stack the main rooms on top of each other to create multileveled bases.

You can also use vertical connectors to stack the other types of corridors. And actually, they will stack directly on top of each other as well, you just need ladders inside (same as multipurpose rooms).

i kinda want an option to build a more open space too...yes, you can stack mpr's (multipurpose rooms)...but then you have to use a ladder on one of the hatches to get up there...and if you really want an open vertical space, you have to stack alien containment tanks. let us just remove the floor/ceiling in between stacked mpr's somehow to make a nice open-feeling construction, maybe? also, a larger version of the mpr would be sweet too. i take a current mpr and put an alien containment in the middle, and there's like...no space to get around the outside. i get hung up on the stair rails a lot, it's a tight squeeze between the tank and the bottom of those stairs. it'd be pretty great to be able to have a large mpr with a tank in the middle and still be able to access lockers/appliances/whatever around the edges.
