Tiny Game Window

Every time I try and run the game the game window is only the three icons you would expect in the top of any normal window. As in the minimise, maximise & close buttons, with the maximise button greyed out and I am unable to change the screen size in any way.

Any one have any ideas?

Thanks, it's still showing the bar at the top (the one with the minimise, maximise & close buttons), but right now i only care that i get to play the game.
