This is in the stable version, as of 9/18/2016.

After a couple in-game days of exploring near the Blood Kelp Zone in my Seamoth, I surfaced to find that somehow my Life Pod tipped sideways and grew to a ridiculous size.

It's definitely a game breaking bug, but it's quite the amusing game breaking bug.

hehe.. funny.. you just lucky - from this moment you don't need to build a base anymore! you now can 'cut' all this roomy place by couple of decks and rooms - just floating home!!! soooo wide life area :)

I have to say Subnautica has the best early access bugs. Buildings that leak water and flood above ground. Reapers that attack and carry you out of the air and keep swimming away, fish that swim inside your base...now this one. :D
Bethesda is the only other company that has really funny glitches like Fallout's "How that cow get in my house?", the infamous Gunner/lemming suicide charge off bridges and the super horses from Skyrim.

A part of me hopes the next Elder Scrolls games has a monster that spawns at random when you kill enemies that causes the corpse to stretch and spasm like an eldritch abomination before attacking you, based on the glitch.

Likewise, I'd like to see a story based expansion to this that uses a lot of these glitches. Perhaps some kind of weird dimensional rift passes the planet, causing all kinds of craziness.
