Sulphur was removed from the required ingredients from the items you mentioned above. It was never placed in the world to start with, and we've changed the recipes to require something different. In the future we are still likely going to add sulphur to the world, and change some ingredients to make use of it.
just to be clear, since you didnt get it, the dev said the recipies have been changed to use something else in the mean time, what are they now ? cos its not showing up.
Cant find sulfur, saw some where it had been taken out however in game the recipies still want it.

That's in but the ingredients required to build the exo suit is not. They're in the process of getting it changed.
