Hoping the shallow water gets changed, it seemed kindof annoying to deal with for the guy in the video. Besides that, it looked awesome.
EDIT: Also, has anyone tried using a propulsion/repulsion cannon on the debris and such in the way, like the chairs - some of those spots practically screamed "Use the Propulsion Cannon on me to clear me out of the way!"

Bring a Fire Extinguisher with ye, and some replacement batteries for your tools. Oh right, and some extra inventory space for the shameless looting you'll be doing!
is it possible to recharge the fire extinguisher??
I explored this at a SOLID 2 FPS... just when I thought graphics and memory was enough on my computer
Great. I hope the video card reqs for this game DO NOT go up any more. I can't afford a new video card and the one I have isn't able to run some of the games I want to play (The Forest and Empyrion).
My current video card is an AMD Radeon Gigabyte R7 240 2GB Overclocked edition...
That first pic reminds me of an SG-1 ring transporter... Come to think of it, the reaper leviathan looks a bit like a giant goa'uld and does have that nasty habit of trying to facehug.
It all makes perfect sense now.
We've been captured, shrunk and are now swimming around in some over-dressed, histrionic megalomaniac's aquarium.

My computer runs SN at near 100fps normally. Sometimes 50-30fps. The new Aurora runs at 2-3fps. I have turned down the quality with no results. How do I fix this? Or will it be fixed in the ACTUAL UPDATE?

Since you're playing on EXPERIMENTAL you should expect occasional weirdness like this.
Report it though cos that feedback is what tells developers there's a problem so they can fix it.
So I found today that if you go anywhere near the mountains/mountain island the PDA will tell you "Massive energy reading detected in region. Unable to identify."

There will be a precursor base on the mountain island. In fact if you press F1 in a certain area it says the biome is 'Emporer Facility' which is the same biome used in the prison in the lava zone.
Can someone findout what is the code to all the doors? Because there are some that their codes are hard to find
if you look at OP's video, he shows it all to us. Also, for what appears to be the Captain's quarters, i think there arent any codes yet in the game to open this door (unless im not aware of it being implemented already, in which case i dunno where that PDA is yet)
I was in the Aurora and I heard or read something about transporting a Phasegate to the planet. That might be what that three rings machine is, but I don't know.

The 'rings machine' is called the data coil. I assume it is some kind of mass data storage device.

You can always do what I did, buy a console for gaming. No more expensive pc upgrades.
Upgrading a PC is about as expensive as a new console purchase every 3-4 years unless you're one of those people who "HAS" to have the best hardware on the market every year.
I got a little confused in the Aurora with using the fire extinguisher, because some fires can't be extiguished and some can. You can also jump into the barricaded Aurora section without using the propulsion cannon, but you can only get out with a propulsion cannon. So if you do the jump stunt you are stuck inside the Aurora - guess the devs never tried that. The drive repair room no longer has the back exit too. Finally there are not much dive stunts or long dive sections inside the Aurora, but you have to extinguish a lot of fires. Sadly the bleeder still isn't aggressive enough and pretty much threatless which can be ignored.

Yes, and it works pretty well.

I certainly hope so. I need the giant space gun.

I'd absolutely play this on Xbox if not for two things. You're locked into Stable mode, and its buggy as hell.
