Can't open feedback even when connected to the internet

I currently can not get a picture of what is happening because steams ingame screen shots don't work either.
I can't use f8 when I am connected to the internet it says something along the lines of Oh no! something went wrong! in a red box that moves in from the left of the screen.
I have tried restarting subnautica, steam, the internet, and my computer and none of that solved the problem
Edit: None of the buttons on the main menu that should open a browser to access the links like troubleshooting or forums work either.

No neither are blocked by firewall. It has even worked before just now it doesn't anymore.
