Well if the're adding that mining feature to the exosuit then why wouldn't the rockpuncher do the same and punch some rocks and maybe steal some minerals from it
Maybe they can simply change its behaviour and NOT make it terraform. The design of the creature would stay the same, just make it punch something else. That way, terraforming will finally be deleted. Oh, and you'd also have to change its name.
