You could also just extract the game files and find the ones for music. I've done it before with a few games, like STALKER. Damn it i want to play that game again now.
Also depending how how the files are set up, you could edit and add new music. Something i've done in other games before.

I recall seeing a Trello post saying that the Early Access edition of Subnautica would become a "special edition" when the game is released, and that this would include the soundtrack.

Mind you that was a while ago.

The problem with that, is I own the xbox one version.
