Does this game give you achievements on the Xbox One?

The title of my post says it already. All games on xbox have achievement points. But i am 6 hours into the game and expected to hear a: cling''. 10G you made a radiation suit, or something like that. Makes the hunt a lot more fun imo.

Usually isn't achievements added to previews. Only after release.
