Abandoned base locations

So with the new Machinery update the abandoned bases on the floating island and glowing mushroom biome have more PDAs. One of the PDAs mention that they are going to be going deeper and moving 1km to the east. I've looked all over and can't find the deeper base they moved to. I was thinking maybe it's something that is going to be implemented into the Lost River, however that is to the north west.

Has anyone found other abandoned bases??

There are no other bases completed. Trello indicates that one will be in the Deep Grand Reef and there will be another one with an unspecified location. Of course, they can always build more than what they plan to do right now and the Deep Grand Reef base could be moved to some other biome before being implemented.

I read somewhere that those bases will not get added to public builds until very late since they are part of the storyline the developers do not want to spoil.

Well, going over the map, the only place that I can find in an easterly direction is a massive volcanic cave to the north east of the Aurora

I've been speculating that they might end up in the unimplemented "Lost River" Biome.

That's the inactive lava zone, home to the soon to be implemented Sea Emperor and Sea Dragon Leviathans. Potential fate of the Degasi survivors???

In the experimental beta of Subnautica, several bases, including two of special importance to the story, there will be additional abandoned seabases that are located in the deeper biomes.
In addition to the two on island 1, i can accurately predict seabases in...

That post was uh, five months ago. Pretty sure he knows about those bases now :P
