also since this creature was not on the roadmap this opens up the possibility of the 'Phantom Leviathan' making it into the game!

A player after my own heart, but the better question is: can you ride it?
I very much doubt it.
it's probably a relative of the Jellyray and Rabbitray which both have highly toxic flesh, so I very much doubt we can eat it as it is probably toxic too.
