Hive Stat's Broken

I recently started to play ns2 again and really enjoying it after a few days i found and signed up to the hive and linked it with my account however it seem's to be broken (http://hive.naturalselection2.com/profile/44113466) it seem's to have tracked my hour's correctly but my skill is messed up and there is no stat's i have been playing on the same server as mate's and there page's are fine and i checked that the server is whitelisted and it is.

So what could it be?

    Currently the Hive is Borked. The devs are working on a Hive2.0 and aren't going to fix the old one (would be waste of time). As to when the Hive2.0 will come around...

    @Trisp - Rookie status is done on hours played, so as long as it is registering your hours played, it should be fine. You should come out of rookie status when you hit level 3. Levels are just playtime related.

    Well, if it's not registering score for him, I don't see how he can level up.

    It's tied to score/level afaik, not hours.

    Not exactly true. Rookie status is based on achieving level 3. Your hive level grows with score. On average, I believe it takes approximately 15 hours to reach level 3 for new players.

    I think ns2 level is done internally with spark, it's separate from hive skill, because i remember the level being there before hive and because a nonsteam version of ns2 i have which has never connected to the internet has a level of 7 so i was just thinking that much.

    Currently the Hive is using this to calculate the players level. That is exactly what it is. 
    level = round( total score points / 3000 )

    Ahh sorry, I thought they carried over the time lock on rookies from the old system. I haven't been one for a while, so you'll excuse the error I hope :D
