Possible Solar Panel bug

recently (began with H2O update for me) ive been experiencing weird behavior from the solar panels i create. Upon creation of them everything is fine, they behave normally and all is well but the problem for me starts after they've been up for awhile. Eventually, they start to act up and give my base fluctuations in Power. This happens often when i load a game for instance.

I remark this when i enter a base powered by solar panels that have been created for some time (hard to tell exactly how old they are, but its usually several ingame days). What i mean by fluctuation in the Power they provide is that when i look at the total Power my base have (lets say for example 100 Power) i see the power go down to 75 or 50, then after a few seconds it goes back to 100, then a few seconds later it drops back to 75 or 50 Power then goes back to 100 max power so on and so forth. I found that weird and went outside of the base to investigate the panels and found out by looking at them that the blue'ish energy line that links them to my base periodically dissapears for a fraction of a second, then reappers just to re-dissapear a few seconds later and so on and forth.

Finding that pretty odd as this didnt use to happen to me since i started to play the game. I found out also that deconstructing said ''defective'' panels and rebuilding them seems to fix the problem ..... temporarily, as the newly reconstructed panels invariably starts to behave like such again after some time as well. Ive decided to post this here (i have also sent an ingame bug report) in order to see if others are experiencing such odd behavior for themselves from their solar panels.

I have been having the same issue as well. Its up and down then levels out, normally only like 20 points.

Do you have a Cyclops parked somewhere near? Because I experienced something similar once and the problem kind of resolved itself after I moved my Cyclops away, and I assumed the panels might be trying to power the sub instead of the base, or alternating between one another, resulting in fluctuations with power capacity.

How large is your base? Is it covering a large area? I suspect this is happening because as you load in the base for the first time

Was thinking exactly this but with other bases, do you happen to have two independent bases next eachother trying to use the same power grid, (you can check if a base is independent by checking its hull strength, if its different from the other base and not the same, its independent)
