JOSEPPE IS BACK!!!
Yes but it was never "released"
After @KOUJI_SAN posted, I decided to look at my source for that date.
http://unknownworlds.com/ns2/refinery-reveal-2/
The date for that article is 3 years ago which is not very descriptive. So I looked at the comments to get the date of April 2013. Looking at the comments section closer I realized that the comments were for modjam not for refinery.
Here is the real comments section for the refinery reveal, notice how the link is broken in the OP. Seems I was thrown off by some forum link issues.

So yes, refinery was released October 2012.
Also @KOUJI_SAN, where did you find dates for summit and tram. I could not find them anywhere.
For descent, I have this, it says it was released in b240.

Other than that I can not even find the source I used for descent.
I did not consider it because I can not just go out and play it. While looking at this, I found out rockdown became descent.

Lol, no.
Lockdown became Descent.
Rockdown was the first NS2 map released with the alpha, back when ideas were very different. Rockdown was way too small in all ways for NS2 gameplay as it developed.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=227445565&searchtext=rockdown if you want to look at the map in the editor. You certainly can't run it, thats for sure... (Unless it was updated to run with NS2, as this 'mod' was posted feb 2014)
Failing that, I do have an old copy of the map lying around somewhere, but while it contains a lot of memories, it's not something I'd recommend trying to use in current NS2.
Tram, Released with the first alpha for NS2
I found the alpha released date in my old Gorge vs UWE history video, so I'm guessing I knew it since I slapped it in that video (own source checking hahaha)
