its pretty elaborate and "safe", no ladders in the middle of main hallways or hatches in the middle of nowhere :P hehe

ohh forgot to tell you the general layout

well 2 habitat pods (living area and bedroom area next to it NOT above it)

a workshop/lab with warehouse below (the huge 4 story pod)

a bottom observation cross ( 4 glass domes), a lateral observation dome and a top observation dome

a moon pool

14 solar panels

Looks great! You stole my idea with X corridor and 4 observatories hanging off the vertical connector. ;D That part especially is very cool. Trying to get Cory to add a matching round bench

we can set in the middle of the observatory for convenient seating that fits best there.

as you can see I built the main 2 rings of corridors so that they wont have ladders in the middle of the way cause that would be stupid (safety hazard :P) so reaching any part of the base is done via side corridors that house the ladders, and i made sure everything was separated by doors for flood control

Thats a awesome base. I'm thinking of making a central stack of rooms, then branches out from it. Even making it breach the water at the top with a Observation level.
