Game cant even start

The game can´t even launch the start menu.
When I press "play game" in steam it just make the little loading symbol at the mouse for 2 seconds and then nothing happens. I tried opening it in Ocuclus mode and there everything seems fine, but since I don´t have Oculus I can´t play it that way. I have also triede re-downloading and re-installing the whole thing but that doesn´t help.
It was playable for me the 23th of May, but the next day it would not start.
