...More specifically, really, really big ones.
I watched someone do a few videos of Subnautica and at one point, they took their sea moth and went really deep down, like 400 meters, of course, there was nothing down there and then they came across this rocky area with a bunch of caves and the first thing that popped into my head was how cool it would be if there was some kind of *massive* Bobbitworm creature down there, or some other kind of polychaete worm-esque creatures.

I think adding as many different creatures to the world as possible is a good idea, since that really does enhance the whole "Exploration" feel.
Well, yeah. I meant a bobbitworm-esque alien creature xD.
